Embodied is a monthly membership that you can cancel anytime.  

Embodied will be 4, 13-week Volumes which will take about a year to complete, allowing your body and mind to integrate at its own pace.  

Life happens.  Embodied allows you to work at your own pace.

The live classes will not directly correlate with a specific chapter.  If a practice from the teachings is used, it will be explained and accessible to anyone in the live class.  

No.  Live classes are an opportunity to co-regulate with Embodied community members and practice the tools.  The classes will be recorded and available in the video library for later use.  

Since the coursework is immediately available, there are no refunds.  However, the membership is monthly and you can cancel at any time.  

Our Beta program is an early-access version of the journey. As a Beta tester, you get a lower investment rate in exchange for your feedback & a testimonial for our website as we refine the sanctuary for future members.
