Truly Embodied will be four, 13 week long Volumes. Each Volume will build on the last with an intro and 6 Chapters. Each chapter will have a week of learning and a week to integrate the material.
If two weeks feels too fast, you are able to slow down and work at a pace that suits you. Life happens and the program is adaptable to your schedule.
Not sure if you can commit to a year? That's ok. Start with Volume 1 and decide later if you want to continue with Volume 2 or take time off to integrate the material. You can cancel your membership at any time.
The core material is taught with video lessons and a workbook companion. You won't be alone on your journey, we'll gather for optional weekly co-regulation classes. There's also a community forum for discussion, support and help.
Our brain is always creating stories about our life. These stories are often stuck beneath our consciousness, in a loop, signaling danger and dysfunctional protection. These loops leave our bodies stuck in chronic stress.

We are part of nature. We co-regulate and find coherence when connecting with the natural world. Nature is a steady and predictable force where your nervous system will match its frequency, bringing you back into balance.
Nature experiences time in seasons and cycles. Embodied will help you connect with the external cycles and seasons of nature while reconnecting with your own internal cycles and seasons.
Survival often required us to leave our bodies behind, severing the connection between what we think and what we feel. Truly Embodied
uses somatic practices to gently reestablish the dialogue between your head and your heart.
Instead of bracing against your emotions, or pushing them away, you'll learn to sit with them. We'll build the internal safety needed to finally feel and release what's been pushed aside or buried in the past.
